When you will receive your VAT invoice

A VAT invoice will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email first, and you can request the VAT invoice after that email has been sent.

How to request your VAT invoice

1. Wait until you receive your dispatch confirmation email.

   Once your order has been dispatched, contact [support team/contact method] to request your VAT invoice.

2. Provide your order details, including your order number and any other information requested by the support team.

If you are collecting the item in person, a commercial invoice for customs will be provided. This invoice is VAT inclusive.
